The breakfast offered a lot of choices! The eggs were cooked very well. The coffee was amazing. Afternoon tea was delicious too. The scones were to die for! The grounds were kept so well. The hotel looks very new still.

The service was quite slow and inconsistent. It was not fair it cost the same as other hotels in the area. It looks a little tattered!

The front desk staff displayed very nice politeness. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. They gave detailed information about the hotel amenities. The positive attitude created a cute atmosphere. Throughout my stay the front desk remained helpful. They was great, a lasting impression was made.

The hotel is showing wear. Maintenance should be a higher priority.

There is one infinity pool, it gives a great view. Sunbeds were available. Towels are provided near the pool or beach. There is a sandy beach, one can walk there or a golf cart will take you.

The staff tried to fulfill all my wishes. Zainab in the reception was kind. Sweleh and the beach team gave details about the island. The customer service is good.

The hotel design is so amazing! i loved the frankincense garden on the premises. That was such a beautiful touch. the minibar got stocked daily, such a nice perk! i had access to all three hotels in the resort. It really expanded my options.

I found the service inconsistent at times. I waited longer than expected a few times. That was a little frustrating, especially when i was trying to relax by the pool.

The hotel features two main restaurants, that's great. one provides international cuisine. The other features an indian chef, pretty cool! the indian restaurant showcased amazing food not too spicy for european tastes and very nice service. that was awesome.
